Addictions.com-free and confidential 24/7 Rehab Helpline.  Providing free resources to help people better understand their addiction and motivate the to take the first step in seeking support. 

Affordable Heath Insurance - Medicare, Medicaid and Health Insurance for Unemployed.

Alcoholics Anonymous-Our site offers 24/7 confidential helpline, as well as an extensive list of local AA meetings in every state.  

Alzheimer Support-is a free service that assists Newfields families who have loved ones with Alzheimer's disease or dementia.  

American Red Cross-The Red Cross provides disaster relief in New Hampshire communities

Detox.com- is a network of addiction treatment facilities that provide drug and alcohol detox, support, and comprehensive substance abuse treatment services to the individuals and families struggling with addictions.

Division on Addictions- an organization that helps vulnerable NH residents who are addicted to drugs or alcohol.

Freerehabcenters.org- is about providing the most complete list of free, low-cost, sliding scale, and low-income assisted rehab lists on the Internet.  We scoured thousands of non-profit organizations that provide alcohol, drug, an other assistance with substance abuse rehabilitation.

Girls on the Run - a program for girls in the 3th grade.  Running is used to inspire and motivate girls, encourage health fitness, and build confidence.   

Home Care- An organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of older adults by ensuring they have the tools and resources to remain independent and safe in their homes. 

Lamprey Health Care –a health care organization with medical centers in nearby Newmarket and Raymond that provides medical services to individuals of all ages regardless of their ability to pay.  LHC also offers senior transportation

Medicare Resources -Medicare plan resource center.  

Narcotics.com- helps people find local Narcotics Anonymous meetings and provides resources for various types of treatment including inpatient, outpatient and support groups. 

New Hampshire Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals – animal rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption center located in nearby Stratham.  

Paying for Senior Care-Assistance for the elderly and their families to understand the cost of long term care and programs that can provide financial support.  

Ready Rides -Transportation services to appointment for the elderly, handicapped or disabled. 

Rehabs.org- provides info for people at any stage of their recovery journey, including info on different types of therapy/recovery options, warning signs, how to talk to a family members, different types of treatment and a local treatment center directory.  

Rockingham County Community Action – an organization providing services to low-income households including fuel assistance and food pantries.  

Richie McFarland Center, Seacoast based agency whose purpose is to provide early intervention - developmental, therapeutic and support services - to children (0-6 years)and their families.

Rockingham County Nutrition- Meals on Wheels – a support service for older and disabled residents of Rockingham County who are homebound or unable to prepare their own meals.   

Seacoast Area Feline Education & Rescue (SAFER)- a non-profit organization dedicated to helping homeless cats in the New Hampshire Seacoast Area.

Seacoast Child Advocacy Center – an agency that offers support and advocacy for child abuse victims and their families

Seacoast Hospice- medical care, pain management and support for patients with a life expectancy of six months or less.  Services provided in the comfort of their own home or locations of choice.

Sexual Assault Support Services– an agency dedicated to the prevention of child sexual abuse, sexual assault and stalking, while supporting victims, survivors and others impacted by sexual violence.

St Vincent de Paul – community assistance center providing emergency food, health, housing and transportation needs.  Affiliated with St. Michaels Parish.

StartYourRecovery - Support for overcoming substance misuse.

Womenade – an organization founded by Seacoast women in 2005, raising money to provide local people with short term financial assistance that is not readily available through other resources.  Requests remain anonymous and come from a trustworthy source in the community such a school nurse, guidance counselors, doctors, clergy, etc.
