'As-is, Where-is" with no warranty expressed or implied. Bid packages will be
available at the Newfields Town Hall 65 Main Street on November 5th, 2025
@8:30am.
All Bids shall be in a sealed envelope, clearly marked "1987 Fire Truck" and
delivered to the Newfields Town Hall 65 Main Street. Bids must be received by
Monday December 1st, [email protected] pm.
Bid openings will take place Tuesday December 2nd, 2025, Selectboard
meeting 7:00pm Newfields Town Hall 65 Main Street. Successful Bidder will
be notified by phone on Wednesday December 3rd, 2025.
The successful bidder shall be responsible for payment by certified bank
check or money order within 5 days and removal of truck within 1 0 days of
notification.
