  In addition\, the Annual Verification List will be printed and\nreviewed.
   Any person \n      on the checklist who has not voted in the past f
 ive years\nmust re-register to \n      remain on the checklist\, unles
 s the voter registered after\nthe last state election. \n      Notice 
 letters will be sent to those voters\, who have not\nvoted since \n    
   April 1\, 2021\,  at the address the voter provided when\nregistering.
